To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Louis Hiener, a citizen, of the United States, residing at Wheeling, in the county of Ohio and State of West Virginia, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Holders for Safety-Razors, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which—

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a safety razor holder, showing my new design; Figs. 2, 3 and 4 are front, rear and end elevations, respectively, of the same; and Fig. 5 is a bottom plan view of the same.

The ornamental design for a holder for safety razors, as shown.
